Hokey Pokey



W.A.L.T. To Explain the science in the hokey pokey.

We made hokey pokey. When we added the baking soda it all started frothing up because it released air into the hokey pokey. I enjoyed getting to eat the hokey pokey. I found it challenging to put the baking soda in. To improve it we can add more golden syrup
